I reached out but got no reply - I shot an email and even called when I was unable to snag the bed online at the sale price during the promotion. Nobody seemed interested in assisting me. I suppose they're doing well.

This summer has been a blast, and I've been enjoying my TiiPii daily to kick back and unwind outdoors. The weather in England has been quite unpredictable this year, but this thing holds up against everything. Now, I just can't bear to sit in any chair that’s on the ground 😂. Totally recommend it! 🙌🏼

I’m totally in love with our TiiPii bed! My husband and I picked up the luxury version and placed it by the pool at our villa in Ibiza. It’s incredibly comfy and fits right in with the laid-back atmosphere of the island. We’re seriously obsessed; it’s become the new go-to napping spot for our kids and our dog. I got this two years back and honestly, I’m not quite sure what to do with it now. The stand is really rusted, and the white paint is peeling off, which I reckon is a safety concern. Now that it’s been two years, customer service has been nonexistent. They told me to just buy a new stand, which they claim will be rust-free for £950 (but the description is pretty vague and doesn’t guarantee anything). That stand is definitely not fit for outdoor use! The white paint isn’t tough at all and starts chipping even during the first setup.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new TiiPii bed! It’s perfect for those laid-back afternoons or anytime you feel like getting cozy and unwinding for a bit. The quality is fantastic, and the customer support was top-notch. I’d definitely suggest it to anyone—10 out of 10!

This bed is just a dream—so comfy and adaptable! I absolutely adore mine. In the summer, I throw on some vibrant cushions, grab a glass of bubbly, and just kick back. When evening rolls around, I add some lights to create a romantic vibe. Honestly, I feel so fortunate that mine is up on my rooftop garden, making it ideal for those warm summer nights.

I gotta say, this feels like a scam. I ordered the classic large tiipii for 499.00 on August 7, and I shot off an email the same day saying it was about to ship. Now it’s August 31, and I haven’t seen a thing. I’ve sent four emails and haven’t heard back at all. I just want to cancel my order and steer clear of this company in the future. What a letdown!

I can't say enough good things about this company and their product. I bought it quite a while back, and when I unboxed it, I found an issue with one of the components. This company really went the extra mile to fix the problems. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The product is truly great and top-notch in quality.

I first reached out through email and was told the item I was after was available and would ship in just 2-3 business days, so I went ahead and placed my order. Then, three days later, I received an email saying it wouldn't be sent out until September—talk about a wait of over six weeks! I tried calling the number they gave, but no luck there. I'm still waiting for a reply, but I’ll be escalating this through PayPal and American Express real soon. This is just a total mess in terms of managing expectations.

Given the strange times we're in, my daughter and I are getting used to our new life in a one-bedroom flat. To create a little space for her, we decided to buy the Tiipii bed with a poncho cover. We're really hoping this purchase will serve us well for years to come since the quality seems top-notch. I do wish I had held off a bit, though, since I just saw you guys are offering a 30% discount.

I stumbled upon TiiPii while on the hunt for a cover to shield a round hammock I got from a different brand. I'm super excited about the waterproof cover from TiiPii. It fits just right, is well-made, and looks stunning hanging from my tree in the backyard! Next up, I'm definitely getting the TiiPii bed!

I truly adore my TiiPii Bed. It's now set up on my backyard deck, and it’s turned into my go-to spot for summer relaxation. My husband and I can kick back, or I can get some work done in a comfy setting while soaking up the sun. Plus, I can easily block out the sun when needed. I threw in some pillows and memory foam, and it feels like pure bliss. It’s just like lounging on a beach! Huge thanks for creating such a well-thought-out, bug-free haven. I opted for the deluxe 6-foot model. I almost went for a cheaper option from another brand, but I’m really glad I didn’t. If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would!!

I got the Tiipii Classic Bed Set, which came with the bed, net, white stand, and poncho. It showed up just three days later, which was pretty quick.

On the plus side, the overall appearance of the bed is stunning; it really adds a stylish touch to the garden.

However, there are a few downsides. The poncho didn’t arrive with the other items, and I haven’t heard a peep from Tiipii about when it might show up. Also, the white powder-coated metal stand has some discoloration and marks, particularly around the crown area.

So, while it looks fantastic from a distance, up close it’s not quite as impressive for the price I paid.
